Step 1:
*preheat your oven to 190 degress Step 2:
*put your pasta on to boil; this recipe is for quite a lot so use about 3 quarters of it. Step 3:
*While thats boiling make yourself a basic white sauce (dont know how? just comment and i’ll fill u in!) Step 4:
*while your sauce is thickening chop up your ham (and chicken if using) Step 5:
*when your sauce is thick and creamy add your cheese, mustard and a some pepper and stir till its melted in Step 6:
*now remove the sauce from the heat and drain your hopefully now cooked pasta! Step 7:
*now you want to mix your meat into the white sauce and whisk up your eggs in something small Step 8:
*when whisked up nicely stir into your sauce and add to the pasta (mixing so its well coated) Step 9:
* then (if not already in there) tranfer to your oven proof bowl and put some of your grated cheese on to Step 10:
*i like to add chopped tomatoes to the top of mine so it looks purdy but its up to you! Step 11:
* bake in the oven till set about 30-40 mins and enjoy! Step 12:
*great thing about this is its yummy hot or cold so you can eat it the following day too
