Easy Salad Dressing

Simple and delicious!



  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • mustard (preferably dijon)
  • olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • optional: garlic


Mix 1 part vinegar, 1 part mustard and 2 parts olive oil. Add pepper and garlic to taste. Beat with a fork.

Eat with a salad made from lettuce of course and every other vegetable you have that can be eaten raw --> delicious
