Garlic Tomato And Chickpea Salad

Fresh and tasty side salad



  • Serves 2
  • 1 large tomato
  • 100g fine green beans
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200g chickpeas
  • half a red pepper
  • splash of balsamic vinegar
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • salt and pepper


1. Put the beans on the boil while you chop the tomato, red pepper and garlic.

2. Once the beans are cooked through, drain and rinse under the tap to cool them.

3. Cut the green beans into thirds.

4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with s&p to taste.
