Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Charlotte or New Potatoes (1 Small Bag)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salad Cream
  • Salt
  • Chives (Dried or Fresh)
  • Black Pepper

Method

Boil a pan of slightly salted water, while waiting for the water to come to boil make sure the potatoes are of equal size so they all cook evenly.

Once the water has boiled add the potatoes to the pan and cook until they are done, you can tell by putting a sharp knife into a potato, if it stays on it isnt cooked, if it slips off it is.

Drain the potatoes and put them into a largeish bowl.

Let them cool for ten to fifteen minutes.

Add a spoonful of mayo and a spoonful of salad cream, keep adding until you have the consistancy you want. Either chop up a couple of sprigs of chives or put a desert spoon of dried chives in and mix.

Add a pinch of salt and some black pepper for seasoning, mix well.

For a tasty alternative fry up a couple of pieces of bacon and chop it up small and mix in too.

    Is it okay if i add any other veggies? If so, after which method should i add them? Thanks! I find this easy and i really wanna give it a try :)
