Salmon Pasta

A tasty salmon pasta, very filling, very good!!
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets (any will do, as big, small, cheap or expensive as you want)
- Tomato and Mascarpone sause (can be bought premade from most stores)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese, shaven or grated
- Dry Pasta
Instructions
Skin the Salmon fillets
Put a small amount of cooking oil in a saucepan/frying pan.
Place salmon in the pan, season as required. Cook on a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until the flesh turn from a bright pink to a dull pink throughout. Once cook, chop up the fillets, add the sauce and bring down to a very low heat and allow the sauce to heat therough.
Simultaneously, boil pasta in a seperate saucepan, adding cooking oil and seasoning to the boiling water as desired. cook the pasta on a high heat for between 12-15 minute, depending on performance on hob.
Once cooked, strain pasta, put back in pan and mix in the sauce. Serve with extra seasoning and parmesan as desired/
