Step 1:

  • Skin the Salmon fillets
  • Step 2:

  • Put a small amount of cooking oil in a saucepan/frying pan.
  • Step 3:

  • Place salmon in the pan, season as required. Cook on a medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until the flesh turn from a bright pink to a dull pink throughout. Once cook, chop up the fillets, add the sauce and bring down to a very low heat and allow the sauce to heat therough.
  • Step 4:

  • Simultaneously, boil pasta in a seperate saucepan, adding cooking oil and seasoning to the boiling water as desired. cook the pasta on a high heat for between 12-15 minute, depending on performance on hob.
  • Step 5:

  • Once cooked, strain pasta, put back in pan and mix in the sauce. Serve with extra seasoning and parmesan as desired/
