Step 1:

  • Flake the tinned salmon. Add soft cheese and mayonnaise in roughly equal proportions and mix to achieve a pate consistency. Mix in lemon juice to taste and season if required (it doesn’t really need salt but is very nice with some black pepper, or cayenne pepper if you want to give it a bit more kick). Spread it over a tortilla and add some lettuce, wrap it up and voila!
