Salsa Eggs

Quick way to make eggs more exciting!

Ingredients

• Eggs (however many you want to eat i usually go with 3-4)
• big spoonful of salsa
• small spoonful of cream cheese
• pinch of grated cheese (mozzarella or really anything)

Instructions

STEP 1:

Crack eggs into pan then as soon as the eggs start to cook, scramble them and add the salsa, and cream cheese. Scramble until cooked, when done sprinkle grated cheese on top.
