Ingredients

  • Sardines in tomato sauce.
  • 1 red onion
  • Bread
  • Black Pepper.
  • Butter-optional

Instructions

  1. Chop some of the red onion finely. Put the remainder in the fridge for another use.

  2. Toast Bread to desired crunch, then butter.

  3. If the thought of eating certain bits of the fish bothers you, i suggest taking them out first. But it really does taste all the same. So spread as little, or as much on the bread as you like.

  4. Spread the onion on top, and finish with a sprinkling of black pepper.

  5. Yummy.
