- lots of mushrooms, sliced
- tablespoon of margerine or butter
- a blob of garlic puree
- black pepper
- parsley
Instructions
fry mushrooms in the butter/margerine
add garlic puree and everything else
fry for 10 minutes
great with chicken, steak, on toast, with rice or pasta, pork, crusy bread, jacket potato or salad
