Saucey mushrooms

mushrooms in garlic sauce

Ingredients

• lots of mushrooms, sliced
• tablespoon of margerine or butter
• a blob of garlic puree
• black pepper
• parsley

Instructions

STEP 1:

fry mushrooms in the butter/margerine

STEP 2:

add garlic puree and everything else

STEP 3:

fry for 10 minutes

STEP 4:

STEP 5:

great with chicken, steak, on toast, with rice or pasta, pork, crusy bread, jacket potato or salad
