Drain veg, place in a casserole dish with a few handfuls of rice
Step 3:
Make up stock and put in with sausages veg and rice (you might want to use 2 cubes)

Chuck in a handful of gravy granules for extra taste

Cook in the oven at about 200 degrees for approximately 25 mins – I just keep checking until the rice is cooked and most of the water has been absorbed.
