Step 1:

  • Cook the sausages and boil the veg
  • Step 2:

  • Drain veg, place in a casserole dish with a few handfuls of rice
  • Step 3:

  • Make up stock and put in with sausages veg and rice (you might want to use 2 cubes)
  • Step 4:

  • Chuck in a handful of gravy granules for extra taste
  • Step 5:

  • Cook in the oven at about 200 degrees for approximately 25 mins – I just keep checking until the rice is cooked and most of the water has been absorbed.
  • Step 6:

  • I usually make quite a bit and freeze it – Makes a great quick tea!
