Ingredients
- Ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Pork sausage meat
Instructions
divide the sheet of pastry into what ever size you want. Place a ball of sausage meat in the center of the pastry square (leave space at the edge so you can fold it) Next fold the pastry over the meat. Next rub or brush some egg onto each piece and put small slits in the top. Cook for 15-20 mins! Done
