Step 1:

  • 1) gently cook the peppers, celery and onions in a little oil in a saucepan for 5 minutes
  • Step 2:

  • 2) add the sausages and fry for 5 minutes, then pour in the stock, tomatoes, beans, spices, herbs and puree
  • Step 3:

  • 3) cover and cook for 30-40 minutes
  • Step 4:

  • 4) serve with mash, rice or chunky bread
