Step 1: 1. place a small amount of rice in a microwavable bowl (the rice will expand to about twice the size so don’t use to much)
Step 2: 2. add 2 chicken stock cubes to some boiling water and stir in thoroughly.
Step 3: 3. Pour the stock over the rice so that it just covers it (you can always add more later if it dries out)
Step 4: 4. add a teaspoon of korma paste (or a hotter curry paste if you prefer) to the rice and stir.
Step 5: 5. place in the microwave for about 10 minutes depending on the amount of rice.
Step 6: 6. make sure to stir the rice after 5 minutes.
Step 7: 7. finally stir in the frozen peas and return to the microwave for a further 2 minutes, adding a little water so that the rice doesn’t dry out.
Step 8: 8. Serve and enjoy!
