4. when thoroughly mixed together, add in potato and zucchini Step 5:
5. sprinkle salt and pepper to taste Step 6:
6. in oil or butter, fry 3 tbsp. Of mixture in a pan over medium heat Step 7:
7. cook until pancake surface bubbles and some have burst, then carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes Step 8:
8. repeat cooking for each pancake until all mixture is used Step 10:
can be eaten alone or served with greek yoghurt, mint sauce, chutney or sour cream
