Scone Ring
Step 1:
Put flour in bowl and rub in the margarine Step 2:
add the sugar and fruit Step 3:
mix then add the milk or yogurt Step 4:
you want a stiff dough, not too sticky Step 5:
shape into a round and then with a knife mark into sections but dont cut too deeply Step 6:
bake at 180 for about 30 mins, not too sure on timings, basically when it is brown and you can insert a knife and it comes out pretty clean
