Step 1:

  • Put flour in bowl and rub in the margarine
  • Step 2:

  • add the sugar and fruit
  • Step 3:

  • mix then add the milk or yogurt
  • Step 4:

  • you want a stiff dough, not too sticky
  • Step 5:

  • shape into a round and then with a knife mark into sections but dont cut too deeply
  • Step 6:

  • bake at 180 for about 30 mins, not too sure on timings, basically when it is brown and you can insert a knife and it comes out pretty clean
