Scotch Pancakes
Step 1:
1. Put the flour, sugar and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Step 2:
2. Add the egg and milk. Then, whisk gently until the batter is nice and thick. Step 3:
3. Heat a non-stick frying pan with half a tsp of oil. Step 4:
4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan. Step 5:
5. When bubbles appear, flip the pancake over to cook for 30 – 60 more seconds. Step 6:
6. Serve warm 🙂
