Step 1:

  • 1. Put the flour, sugar and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Add the egg and milk. Then, whisk gently until the batter is nice and thick.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Heat a non-stick frying pan with half a tsp of oil.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. When bubbles appear, flip the pancake over to cook for 30 – 60 more seconds.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Serve warm 🙂
