Step 1: Put the tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a pan and heat for 10 mins. (You could also add sesame oil and pesto if you are a rich person.) Grill your bread, and slice or grate the cheese. When the bread is nice and toasty, put the tomatoes on top, and then cover that with cheese. Stick it back under the grill until the cheese has melted and then devour! TIP: You might like to be friendly and share this with a friend as 1 can of tomatoes tends to be quite a lot for 1 person, either that or you could put the spare in the fridge!
