Step 1:

  • *Fill the kettle and boil.
  • Step 2:

  • *Heat oil in frying pan (wok if you have one).
  • Step 3:

  • *measure seafood (one handful pp)
  • Step 4:

  • *measure out pasta into a saucepan and add boiling water (bring to the boil and simmer for 12 mins or until soft whilst the seafood is cooking)
  • Step 5:

  • *fry seafood together with a tsp of garlic, a generous amount of lemon juice and a sprinkle of pepper for ten mins or until seafood is cooked.(you may wish to add vegetables like peppers or onion at this stage)
  • Step 6:

  • *cover the seafood with double cream and heat through.
  • Step 7:

  • (keep pasta on low if it is ready before the seafood)
  • Step 8:

  • Step 9:

  • *serve immediately
