Seafood Pie

Ingredients

  • Mixed fish (either frozen or fresh)
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • mashed potatoe (either make your own or packet will do)
  • parsley
  • lemon
  • salt and pepper to season
  • cheese

Instructions

  1. -boil the 250 ml milk

  2. -add the fish and leave boil until fish is cooked

  3. (if using frozen defrost before this step)

  4. -remove fish when cooked

  5. -whisk in the flour and butter to the boiling milk to thicken

  6. -once thick add salt and pepper to season

  7. -readd the fish and some parsley

  8. -pop into an oven dish and scoop the mash on top

  9. -grate some chedder cheese on the top and place in the over for around 15-20 mins

  10. so filling and cheap to make, delicious!
