Step 1:

  • -boil the 250 ml milk
  • Step 2:

  • -add the fish and leave boil until fish is cooked

  • (if using frozen defrost before this step)

  • -remove fish when cooked

  • -whisk in the flour and butter to the boiling milk to thicken
  • Step 6:

  • -once thick add salt and pepper to season
  • Step 7:

  • -readd the fish and some parsley
  • Step 8:

  • -pop into an oven dish and scoop the mash on top
  • Step 9:

  • -grate some chedder cheese on the top and place in the over for around 15-20 mins
  • Step 10:
