PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email IngredientsMixed fish (either frozen or fresh)250ml milk1 tablespoon flour1 tablespoon buttermashed potatoe (either make your own or packet will do)parsleylemonsalt and pepper to seasoncheeseInstructions Step 1: -boil the 250 ml milk Step 2: -add the fish and leave boil until fish is cooked Step 3: (if using frozen defrost before this step) Step 4: -remove fish when cooked Step 5: -whisk in the flour and butter to the boiling milk to thicken Step 6: -once thick add salt and pepper to season Step 7: -readd the fish and some parsley Step 8: -pop into an oven dish and scoop the mash on top Step 9: -grate some chedder cheese on the top and place in the over for around 15-20 mins Step 10: Step 11: so filling and cheap to make, delicious!
