Put the flour, butter, sugar and baking powder in a blender and mix untill it’s mixedp properly then add the eggs and vanilla essence, making sure theres no shell in the mixture.
Step 2:
Once smooth, put the mixture into cake or muffin cases.
Step 3:
Cook in the oven for 18 mins, If they’re not cooked by then, carry on cooking untill they’re cooked.
Step 4:
If you want to check if they’re cooked all the way through, get a sharp knife and put through the top of the cake, when you take it out, if the cake is cooked, there should be no cooey mixtue on the knife.
