Sexy Choc Banana

Ingredients

• Banana- ripe but not overripe- 1 per person
• chocolate- milk or dark, white isn’t good with this, and make sure there’s no filling, nuts, raisins etc.

Instructions

STEP 1:

Peel your banana, cut a little pocket into it

STEP 2:

put chocolate cubes into your pocket

STEP 3:

wrap in tin foil

STEP 4:

place on baking tray

STEP 5:

bake at 150c in the oven, and keep checking every minute or so- it’s ready when the banana is hot and squishy and the chocolate is melted

STEP 6:

STEP 7:

place on plate, unwrap and carefully eat straight out of tin foil!

great for bbqs- just grill instead of baking!
