Ingredients

  • 125g Butter
  • 55g Caster Sugar
  • 180g Plain Flower

Instructions

  1. Heat the over at 190C/375F.

  2. Beat the butter and sugar together until pale.

  3. Stir in the flour. Turn on to a work surface and roll out until the mixture is 1cm thick.

  4. Cut into fingers and sprinkle with sugar. Put on a baking tray and bake in the oven 15-20 minutes until pale golden.
