Instructions
Pasta:
Fill a large pan 3/4 full of cold water, sprinkle in some salt if prefered.
Slot in your pasta and leave to boil until soft (the time can vary depending on pasta type, however most pasta takes roughly 10/15 minutes)
When ready drain and serve, if the sauce is not yet ready then i would suggest leaving the pasta on a low heat in its pan so it does not go cold.
Sauce:
Chop the onion into chucks, you can make them as large/fine as you prefer,
repeat this for the bacon.
Add the bacon into a seperate pan and cook gently for 5 minutes, then add the onions and gently cook for a further 5 minutes.
Add in the chopped tomaotes and stur the onions and bacon into the tomatos to get a chunky sauce.
Squeeze in garlic puree, roughly a tablesoons amount and stir into the sauce.
Stir the sauce for 10 mintues making sure its piping hot.
Serve the pasta with the sauce on top and if prefered grate cheese on top for a nice finish.
