Simple Cupcakes And Frosting! Ginger!

Ingredients
- -125g self raising flour
- -125g sugar
- -125g softened butter
- – 2 eggs
- – ginger (optional)
- for frosting
- -1-2 teaspoons of butter
- -100g icing sugar
- – 1 teaspoon of milk
- – 1 tablespoon sugar (thin)
- – ginger
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180c degrees and line a 12 hole muffin cake tray with paper cases.
step one; sift the sugar into the bowl. And add butter. Cream them together.
step two; sift in the flour. Mix gently.
step three; add ginger.
step four; separate the white from the yolks with the eggs. Put the yolks in the bowl and the white in a separate bowl. Beat the whites until fluffy. Add to mixture and fold them in.
step 5; spoon the mixture evenly into the cases and then tap the tray on the table to re;ease air bubbles. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
step 6;leave them to cool before putting on frosting.
frosting;
with an electric mixer beat the sugar, butter and the icing sugar in the bowl. Add in ginger and milk. Spread or pipe on to cakes.
