Step 1:

  • Take the boneless chicken. Make slits in the meat. Add turmeric powder, meat masala and 1 tbsp mustard oil over the meat. Mix well. Leave aside to marinate for half an hour.
  • Step 2:

  • add ginger and garlic paste and adequate salt to meat plus the soaked and washed lentils and grind the whole thing well in a mixer-grinder till it becomes minced well. Add the onion and chillies to the mixture.
  • Step 3:

  • take the minced meat mixture, shape them in to small balls and roll it in the flour till it gets covered from all sides.
  • Step 4:

  • heat oil in a non stick pan. Deep fry balls till they turn golden colour. Serve hot with sauce.
