Ingredients: Deli wraps; tomato pasta sauce; parmesan cheese (cheddar works just as well!)

Step 1:

1. Lay out the deli wrap on a plate.

Step 2:

2. Spread on the tomato pasta sauce.

Step 3:

3. Put in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Step 4:

4. Grate parmesan or cheddar onto the tomato pasta sauce.

Step 5:

5. Fold the wrap over into a semi-circle.

Step 6:

6. Finally put back into the microwave for 30 seconds.

Step 7:

7. Eat!
