Step 1:

  • Trim any fat off the beef….
  • Step 2:

  • Step 3:

  • add the beef to your slow cooker, add sliced onion, fill with cold water (enough to cover your meat and veg)
  • Step 4:

  • add your beef stock pots and stir in to dissolve
  • Step 6:

  • Step 7:

  • cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, in the last half an hour add your mushrooms to the slow cooker!

  • also when you add the mushrooms, add gravy granuals (the amount depends on how thick you want your gravy to be!)
  • Step 10:

  • Step 11:

  • check it’s all hot & serve with mash potatoes, veg and yorkshire puddings 🙂
