Step 2: Step 3: add the beef to your slow cooker, add sliced onion, fill with cold water (enough to cover your meat and veg) Step 4: Step 5: add your beef stock pots and stir in to dissolve Step 6: Step 7: cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, in the last half an hour add your mushrooms to the slow cooker! Step 8: Step 9: also when you add the mushrooms, add gravy granuals (the amount depends on how thick you want your gravy to be!)
