Step 1:1. Place all ingredients except eggs and flour in a saucepan and gently bring to the boil. Boil for 5 minutes then take off the heat.
Step 2:2. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes then beat in eggs and flour and mix until smooth.
Step 3:3. Grease two 1lb loaf tins and line with non-stick baking paper. Heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Step 4:4. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
Step 5:5. Leave to cool completely in tin.
Step 7:slice and spread with butter to serve! Enjoy!
