Ingredients

  • a block of cheddar cheese (any cheese will do)
  • 60g of plain white rice
  • 4-6 thinly sliced strips of smoked salmon
  • 50g of peas

Instructions

  1. boil the rice in boiling water according to the instructions on the packet

  2. boil or microwave the peas according to the instructions

  3. chop about half the block of cheese into small chunks and put into the rice until it is slightly melted but still sticky and gooey.

  4. then mix the rice and the peas together

  5. divide the rice into small portions and roll the salmon around it so it looks a bit like sushi

  6. serve and enjoy
