Step 1:

  • boil the rice in boiling water according to the instructions on the packet
  • Step 2:

  • boil or microwave the peas according to the instructions
  • Step 3:

  • chop about half the block of cheese into small chunks and put into the rice until it is slightly melted but still sticky and gooey.
  • Step 4:

  • then mix the rice and the peas together
  • Step 5:

  • divide the rice into small portions and roll the salmon around it so it looks a bit like sushi
  • Step 6:

  • serve and enjoy
