Step 1: Boil and drain your pasta as usual. Finely chop your chilli, spring onions and onion. Chop your smoked sausage into bitesize chunks. Heat your butter in a pan until melted. Add your garlic puree. Mix and add salt and pepper. Add contents of the pan to your pasta. Add in your chilli, spring onions, onion and smoked sausage. Mix well and serve. Sprinkle parmesan over the dish if wished.
