...basically, fry the onion a little bit on a lowish heat (dont burn!) so it goes sweet and yummy
... add the chopped tomatoes and then chuck in either the beans or the cheese and just stir around til the beans have heated or the cheese has melted (will only take a minute if that)
...slop it all over your toast and there you have it!
