Apple Bajji

A simple and easy bajji with different flavour which is different from regular traditional bajji's.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients required are
  • 2-apples
  • oil for deep fry
  • besan-1cup
  • salt and red chilli powder to taste
  • water as required.

Method

Wash and cut the apples into thin slices.

keep them in a bowl of water(to avoid turning them to black).

take oil in a thick bottomed kadai for deep fry.

meanwhile add salt and red chilli powder to the besan as preferred.

add water to the besan mixture until we get the bhajji consistency batter.

when the oil is hot enough,dip the sliced apples into the batter and deep fry them.

serve these with sauce or chutney when hot.
