Chana Chaat (chickpea Salad)

One of my favorite chaat easy to make

Ingredients

  • Chickpea boiled 1\2 cup
  • onion chopped as required
  • tomato chopped as required
  • boiled potato sliced in cubes
  • tamarind soaked in water overnight (with water) as required
  • salt to taste
  • mint and coriander for garnish

Method

Add the chickpeas and boiled potato's in a bowl. Add the sliced onion and tomato into the bowl. Now the add the soaked tamarind with water in the bowl with salt and mix well. Garnish with whatever you like mint or coriander and enjoy your chaat
