Cheesy Peppers

Great snack/starter. Simple. Great for cheese lovers / Serves: 1 / Nutritional info: Peppers very healthy :)


  • Bell peppers 3 or 4
  • Mozzarella
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Basil


1) Cut all the peppers in half and carefully cut out the stem and seeds

2) Cut up the mozzarella into small peices and place inside the peppers

3) Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and basil together

4) Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the peppers

5) Place onto baking tray. Can be cooked in the oven (20-30 min) or under the grill (10-20 min)

6) Take out of the oven when cheese is melted and slightly brown. Enjoy as a light snack or starter
