Start by placing a chicken breast under the grill and cooking on both sides till it has cooked through, once the chicken is cooked place into the oven on a very low heat just to keep it from becoming cold.
Now cook the bacon under the grill or if desired pan fry, untill crispy, and then place into the oven with the chicken to keep it from becoming cold.
Wash the tomatoes and lettuce before chopping the tomatoes into slices.
Cut a piece of the bagette to the length you require removing the ends. Cut the bread lengthwise and spread a thin layer of wholegrain mustard.
Place a lettuce leaf ontop of the whole grain mustard, top with tomato slices, then top with your cooked chicken breast, then slices of brie, all topped off with crispy bacon. Thee finest sanwitch ever made, makes a great lunch sanwitch or even a light dinner :)
