Crackling Spinach

Yummy healthy best chinese appetizer



  • Spinach leaves(u'll need a lot )
  • sesame seeds
  • oil
  • sugar
  • salt
  • red chilli
  • corn flour


Wash spinach, dry it n chop spinach finely (as finely as possible )

rub it wit corn flour ,fry it in oil, after u fry d quantity of spinach reduces, so u need a lot of spinach.

heat a pan without oil, add chilli, fried leaves n sugar to taste , salt n sesame seeds , heat it a little , eat it wen hot :) .
