1) Put the oven on at 190degreesC or gas 5.
2) Sprinkle the oats over a baking tray and scatter in the sugar. Put bits of the butter here and there and drizzle the honey all over it. Put in the oven for about 10 mins, or until it's just starting to toast. Take it out and let it cool down for a bit. It should be like crispy toffee!
3) Put the fruit in a bowl and put a little lemon juice over it. Put in the yoghurt and scatter the honey crumble over top. Put some more of the honey over top and tuck in! xx
