1) Firstly ensure that you have digestive biscuits ready as thisis a very simple, quick and easy recipe. You can of course bake your own biscuits but that takes abit longer.
2) secondly choose which flavoured jam ( strawberry preferably ) then spread the jam All over the top of the biscuit using a butter knife.
3) once the biscuit has been completly covered on one side you could if you like sprinkle a dash of sweetener on top of the jam.
4) as there isno baking involved unless you had made the biscujts from scratch then you are ready to serve and enjoy your jamscuits.
