Mix the egg whites with the splenda and a very good sprinkling of cinnamon
Stir in the oats
Coat a fying pan with cooking spray or a splash of oil and heat up
When hot, pour in the oat mix
cook on one side until golden then flip and do the same on the other side
Serve with yogurt and berries if you like
LUSH!!!!!!
