Low Fat/cal Oat Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp splenda or sweetener
  • cinnamon
  • cooking spray (or oil if you're not too bothered)
  • Plain yogurt and berries to serve (optional)

Method

Mix the egg whites with the splenda and a very good sprinkling of cinnamon

Stir in the oats

Coat a fying pan with cooking spray or a splash of oil and heat up

When hot, pour in the oat mix

cook on one side until golden then flip and do the same on the other side

Serve with yogurt and berries if you like

    Considering it looked a bit like vomit when i poured it in the pan i was very very very pleasantly surprised!! It is insanely tasty, healthy, few ingredients needed and is very filling. Definitely making again!!
