Chocolate Cornflake Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 200g Butter
  • 60g Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanillia Essence
  • 170g Flour
  • 2 Table Spoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 60g Crushed Cornflakes
  • Icing:
  • Icing Sugar
  • Cocoa Powder
  • (make to a thick consistancy, it will harden quicker)

Method

beat butter and sugar, add vanillia, sieve dry ingredients, blend in cornflakes, bake for 15-20 minutes, cool on rack, when completely cool ad icing and a walnut.
