1. Heat a frying pan with NO OIL.
2. Spoon 1.5 - 2 tablespoons of batter mix into the pan.
3. When bubbles appear, flip over and cook until both sides are golden.
To add extra flavour, when done, pour over some blueberry or peanut sauce. Recipes for these can be found under more of my recipes. Enjoy!
