slice the potatoes quite thickly and parboil them, while they are being par boiled heat up a pan with garlic, oil and seasoning and leave on a low heat. when the potatoes are done drain and pour onto the oil and stir for a few minutes, then put the whole mix onto a baking tray and slam in the oven for 20- 25 minutes, makes great party food.
season well and add dip, mayo is great with this.
Easy to make...i guessed and it turned out yammy!! it takes 40 min!
