Quick Fluffy Bean Curd Balls

Light bean curd snack

Ingredients

  • * bean curd (not tofu, tofu is too soft)
  • * egg
  • * spring onions, sliced
  • * optional minced prawn

Method

* mash the bean curd, mix in egg, spring onion and prawn and reach consistency where the egg will hold the batter together

* season with salt and pepper

* scoop batter into heated oil and fry until golden brown
