Quick Pitta Bread Pizzas

An amateur chef will seem a pro with this recipe!!



  • Two for one person are quite filling (usually-from experience).
  • There aren't any specific quantities, it's how much you would like...
  • Pitta Bread-wholemeal tastes better
  • Butter/margarine-the one you prefer
  • Tomato puree
  • Grated Cheese
  • If you have toppings, it's a good idea to add these:
  • Spring onions-recommended
  • Pinch of chilli powder per pitta-recommended
  • Any toppings you'd like...
  • -sweetcorn
  • -mushrooms
  • -pepperoni
  • -chicken
  • -tuna
  • -jalapenos....& more


Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees celcius. 180/190 in a fan assisted oven.

1. Lightly spread butter on one side of the pitta

2. Spread a fair amount of tomato puree on the same side

3. Add your sliced/chopped toppings including the chopped spring onions

4. Cover pitta in cheese

5. Sprinkle a bit of chilli powder on top of the cheese

6. Bake in oven until golden brown.
