Mix all the minced vegetables together. Add tomato ketchup, salt and oregano as per your taste. Apply some butter to the brown breads. Put the mixture on the bread. Grate the mozerella cheese as required. Also add some oregano on the top. Keep the bread slices in the oven for about 5 mins. You can serve it with mayonise or tomato ketchup.
